Actinomycosis is a rare anaerobic, gram-positive bacterial infection caused by Actinomyces. As an site for the disease, cervicofacial area common but nasal cavity and nasopharynx are rare. causes chronic purulent granulomatous characterized extensive infiltration, necrosis, bone destruction on CT. Extranodal natural killer/T cell (NK/T cell) lymphoma, type more in East Asia than elsewhere, comprising up to 7%-10% of all non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Early symptoms nonspecific similar rhinosinusitis, such as obstruction bleeding. With disease progression, inflammation necrosis mucosa increase. We experienced case extranodal NK/T lymphoma 60-year-old female, who was diagnosed with opportunistic actinomycosis. report this review literature.
